Just down the roadfrom my place in the Backwoods (near the stripper apparel shop) is a mannequin shop.
The chest on this mannequin makes me laugh every morning when I walk past it.
Someone approved the manufacture and then someone at the shop decided it was a good idea to stock it.
Classic.
