Does it make any sense that if you get caught riding a bike without a helmet the fine is $50
(which is fair because the bike rider life is at risk) but if you get caught on PT without a ticket (ie. no one is gunna die) the fine is $100++? Fuck Connex. Dont buy tickets. Ever.
