Fremantle Prison

We went and did a tour of the Freo Prison last week in Western Australia.
If you get a chance, do any of the tours on offer. Its an amazing place.

It was built by convicts in the late 1850s and conditions remained pretty much unchanged for the inmates up until its closure in 1991.
