That's Graham, Migs. Melbourne's best bartending Scotsman.
I'm quite sure he would have introduced himself after I went, "your Craig's friend!", and then proceeded to ask him what HE thought that I should drink. Turns out it was an alcoholic ginger beer, with mint. For all I know (and in the state that I was in) it could have been regular, non-alcoholic ginger beer, but it was yummy all the same.
